In this role, you will work closely with our clients to set up and configure GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring it meets their specific business needs. You will be responsible for creating customized workflows, automating tasks, and integrating various tools to enhance efficiency. Based in Bali, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the island, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while contributing to our global client base.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and configure GoHighLevel CRM for clients, ensuring it aligns with their business objectives.
• Create customized workflows and automation rules to streamline client processes.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with other essential tools such as email marketing platforms, payment gateways, and scheduling tools.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on how to use and maximize their CRM systems.
• Monitor and optimize CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of GoHighLevel and other relevant tools.
• Document all setups and configurations for future reference and client support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role, with a focus on GoHighLevel or other CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and automation.
• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel and other relevant tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in GoHighLevel or other CRM systems is a plus.
