📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Manage and process import documentation, including bills of lading and commercial invoices
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Track and update customer orders using our internal system
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
