📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute international trade transactions with global partners.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor and analyze trade performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of trade documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global trade and logistics.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade and logistics.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade software and platforms, such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record.
