📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily café operations to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control.,Plan and execute special events or promotions to boost customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in café or restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using basic accounting and inventory management software.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and customer relationship management tools.
