Oversee the entire quality assurance process, from planning to execution and reporting.,Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement QA strategies and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.,Conduct regular quality assurance audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of QA processes and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in software quality assurance.,Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to improve the overall quality of the software products.,Work closely with project managers to ensure that quality standards are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.,Proven track record of successfully managing QA teams and projects.,Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
