Sentral Anggi Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our operations in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our branch, ensuring that we meet and exceed our performance targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the branch and increase patient satisfaction.,Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze branch performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all regulatory requirements and compliance standards are met and maintained.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and community leaders.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and grow the branch's patient base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with at least 2 years in a senior management position.,Proven track record of success in managing healthcare operations and improving performance.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
