📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and confirm hotel reservations, ensuring accurate and timely updates.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, addressing any concerns promptly.,Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high standard of guest service.,Promote hotel services and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction.,Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings as requested by guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and guest management software is a plus.,A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
