📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Production, Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
