Toko Wati Sate is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a high level of efficiency. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our growing business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient operations.,Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet established standards.,Manage and train production staff to maintain high performance.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with production management tools and techniques.,Ability to travel to the production site as needed.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety certification (e.g.HACCPISO 22000).Experience with lean manufacturing principles.Knowledge of ERP or production management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective leadership and team management skills.
