📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent for various positions within the company,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry,Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS),Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in Indonesian and English
