Review and analyze legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide legal advice and guidance to employees and management on legal matters.,Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.,Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and other legal requirements.,Investigate and resolve legal issues and disputes that may arise within the organization.,Maintain and update the company's legal records and documentation.,Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using legal software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
