DRIFT Sentosa is looking for a passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
