📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store improvement initiatives.,Monitor and report store performance metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to travel for store visits and meetings as required.
