📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to deliver exceptional customer service.,Handle inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
