In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout the event.,Assist in setting up and decorating the event venue, ensuring it meets the client's vision.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are executed smoothly.,Assist in cleaning and preparing the event space for the next event.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests during the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.
