You will handle guest inquiries, assist with table arrangements, and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience. • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Assist with table arrangements and decorations to create an inviting and elegant dining environment.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor the front desk area, ensuring it is well-organized and ready for guest use.
• Promote special events, promotions, and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or beachfront setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with basic POS systems and reservation software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
