📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily front of house and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Train and develop staff to maintain and enhance service excellence.
- Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead team meetings and provide feedback.
- Participate in staff scheduling and training programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front of house or beverage management.
- Proven track record in hospitality, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast) and beverage management software.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
