📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding debts using Salesforce and other collection management software.
• Conduct initial and follow-up collections through phone calls, emails, and visits.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.
• Prepare and submit collection reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors to facilitate timely payments.
• Stay updated with local regulations and best practices in debt collection.
• Provide exceptional customer service to debtors and clients.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial collections or a related role.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with collection management software, such as Salesforce.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
