EHS Executive - Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
• Train and educate employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into EHS programs.
• Ensure all EHS activities are documented and maintained in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, with a strong background in risk assessment and compliance.
• Certification in EHS management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and relevant environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar systems.
• Ability to travel as required to conduct audits and inspections.
