📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of data integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow across departments.
• Develop and maintain data models and architectures to support business operations and decision-making.
• Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop solutions that drive business value.
• Oversee the implementation of data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop the skills of the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management and analytics, with a focus on data integration and governance.
• Proven track record of leading data initiatives and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Certifications in data management or analytics are a plus.
