📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit engagements.,Review financial records, transactions, and processes to identify areas of risk or non-compliance.,Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.,Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.,Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve internal controls.,Maintain and update internal audit policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to junior audit staff.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software and audit tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
