📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
